Term & condition:

• Our Standard Check in time is 14:00 Hours & Check-out time is 12:00 Hours.
• Early Check in / late Check-out are Subject to availability.
• Taxes will be applicable as per the Government norms.
• Complimentary Breakfast will Server only at On High Restaurant.
• The Pets are not allowed.
• As per the Government directives it is mandatory for all the guest (Foreign Nationals, NRIs & Indian Nationals) to show their Photo ID proof at the time of check-In which can be in form of for Foreign Nationals Passport with valid Visa, Indian and NRIs Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card & Adhar Card.
• Each individual guest who checks in to the Hotel “must carry their Valid Id Proof. E.g. Room sharer/ multiple rooms booked in same guest name.
• Local Id’s Guest will not be allow for Check In.
• PAN card would not be considered as valid ID proof due to address not mentioned on it.
• Cash payment of Forty Nine thousand and above must be supported with a pan card copy
• Outside food, liquor& Beverages will not be permitted inside.

Child Policy / Extra Bed Policy:

• The Child Below five years will be complimentary.
• The Child above five years consider as an adult.
• Extra bed will be at an additional charge of Rs 1000/- plus taxes (CP Plan) and it is mandatory for any extra occupant above 05 Years of age.

Please note failing to present the above documents the hotel reserves the rights of refusal for Check In.

Refund & Charge back Policy:

• FIT / Individual Reservations are requested to release their booking before 48 Hours prior to the arrival dates to avoid charges.
• The Groups (Minimum 05 Rooms) are requested to release their booking before 07 days prior to the arrival dates to avoid charges.
• No Refund will be applicable in case of No Show / Cancellation after cut off dates / Times.
• Early Check in / Late Check-out are always subject to availability with Specific charges.
